His areas of interest are vehicle dynamics, NVH and physique buildings, and control of automotive methods. Dr. Srinivasa Prakash Regalla obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi in 1998, M. Tech in Manufacturing Science from IIT Kanpur in 1992, and B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science Warangal in 1990. He was a guest researcher in 1998 on the NIST, Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA, throughout which he researched the engineering design applied sciences associated to National Advanced Manufacturing Testbed . Presently, he is a full professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, and the Dean (Institute-wide) of Practice School Division. He revealed 57 peer-reviewed worldwide journal papers, among which 27 are SCI and 15 are Scopus; 33 peer-reviewed convention papers among which 13 are Scopus; four patents; 2 books; 2 book chapters and edited 1 guide.
